My approach is a bit different than what most are teaching. We don’t need to dig up old memories, relive unpleasant experiences or previous hurtful situations to see what patterns and beliefs we are holding. Our current circumstances and life experiences are the true reflection of our reality. The lives we are living are our evidence. In looking at this, we are not meant to judge ourselves but instead learn to become more self-aware. In the introspection and discovery process, you are able to see your life and the lives of others with a new perspective. This new perspective brings a new perception to everything near and dear as well as what is going on in the world around you. It sounds simple, right? Well, it can be. Within the uncovering of what is going on and the knowledge that everything has an energetic component to it, your view of life can become vastly different.
